The Origin Codes (Hair Extensions)

What does "Raw" actually mean?

"Raw" means 100% unprocessed. Unlike "virgin" hair (which is often chemically-processed to create uniform patterns), our raw hair has never been chemically altered, permed, or mixed with synthetic fibers. It comes directly from a single donor (one person), washed and wefted. This ensures the cuticles are aligned, resulting in hair that lasts years, not months.

What is the difference between the origins?
  • Indian (Code: IN): Known for versatility. It is fine to medium density, flows naturally, and holds a curl well. Perfect for switching styles often.
  • Cambodian (Code: CM): Known for body and thickness. It is coarser and heavier, blending well with thicker natural hair and holding styles for days.
  • Burmese (Code: BR): Known for exotic curls. It sits between Indian and Cambodian textures, offering high luster and defined, durable curls.
How many bundles do I need for a full install?

For a standard sew-in or wig construction with lengths 12"-20", we recommend 3 bundles.

For lengths 22"-30", or for maximum volume, we recommend 4 bundles. If you are using a frontal, you may be able to use 2-3 bundles depending on your desired density.

Can I color this hair?

Absolutely. Because our hair is authentic and unprocessed, it behaves just like your own natural hair. It can be lifted (bleached) and colored professionally. We highly recommend having a licensed colorist perform any chemical services to maintain the integrity of the hair.

How long will the extensions last?

With proper maintenance following our Care Code, our Raw Indian and Cambodian hair can last 2-3 years or more. Our Raw Burmese hair, with proper moisture and care, also has excellent longevity.

The Vitality Code (Haircare)

 Is FORMULA 01: The Fortify Mask for extensions or natural hair?

It is designed for both. We formulated it to be part of a symbiotic system. It strengthens the protein bonds in your raw extensions to keep them resilient, and it fortifies your natural hair to prevent breakage during and after protective styling.

How often should I use the mask?

We recommend a deep conditioning treatment at leasr once a month. This montyly ritual is the key to maintaining softness and preventing dryness, especially for curly textures.

 Is it safe for color-treated hair?

Yes. Our formula is safe for color-treated hair and extensions. In fact, it is highly recommended to help restore moisture balance after chemical processing.

Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

We take pride in our quality control. Please allow 2 business days (Monday-Friday) for us to process and prepare your order. Once processed, your order ships via the shipping speed you selected at checkout. You will receive a tracking number via email the moment it leaves our facility.

Do I need to sign for my package?

Yes. To ensure the safety of your investment, some orders may require a signature upon delivery. This protects your purchase from theft or mis-delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to sign.

My order says delivered but I don't have it. What do I do?

Please check with neighbors and your local post office/carrier first. If you purchased shipping protection at checkout, please file a claim immediately. If not, please contact our support team, and we will do our best to assist you in locating the package.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and transit times will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unopened, unused products with security ties intact within 7 days of delivery. Due to strict hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on hair that has been worn, brushed, washed, or altered in any way.

How do I initiate a return?

We have made it easy. Simply log in to your account on our website (using the email you used at checkout), navigate to your order history, and click the "Request Return" button. Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days.

Do you offer exchanges?

At this time, we process all returns as refunds. If you wish to exchange a texture or length, please initiate a return for your original item and place a new order for the correct item.

 When will I get my refund?

Once we receive your return and inspect it to confirm it is unused, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
