* Products: Less is more. Use lightweight, alcohol-free serums for shine and avoid heavy oils or mousses that can cause buildup.

* To maintain the hair's health, wash it after every install using a high-quality, sulfate-free moisturizing shampoo and conditioner.
* Be gentle. Always wash in a downward motion from weft to tip, never in a circular motion, to prevent tangling.

Return & Exchange Policy

To initiate a return, please follow our simple, automated process:
- Log In to Your Account: Go to rawhaircode.com and log in to your customer account. If you checked out as a guest, you will need to create an account with the same email address used for your purchase.
- Request Your Return: Navigate to your "Order History," select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return, and click the "Request Return" button. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete your request.
- Await Authorization: Your return request will be reviewed within 1-2 business days. Once approved, you will receive an email with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we highly recommend using a trackable service.
- The Inspection: Once we receive the returned package, our team will carefully inspect the product to ensure it is in its original, unused condition. The security ties and product tags must be intact sand the product must not have been washed, altered, or worn in any way.
- The Refund: If the product passes inspection, a full refund for the item's purchase price will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.
Important Conditions
Hygiene & Safety: Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict no-return policy on any hair or products that have been used, opened, or have had their security ties removed. This is for hygienic reasons and to protect the health and safety of all our customers. There are no exceptions to this policy.
- Used Products: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any products that have been installed, worn, colored, cut, or altered in any way.
- Exchanges: At this time, we process all returns as refunds. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for your original item and place a new order for the product you desire.
